Medical Travel Insurance is highly recommended & different from travel insurance. Your domestic medical policy may not cover an international medical emergency. If you do not have a roommate, are unable to find one 120 days before the tour starts, or if your roommate can no longer attend, your booking will automatically be switched to the single-occupancy room option and your account will be adjusted accordingly. If a child is below the age of 12 at the time of registration and reaches their 12th birthday before or during the trip, the child will not be eligible to participate in the child discount rate. Any child who has reached their 12th birthday by the start of the trip will have their account adjusted to reflect the accurate adult rate. Children 0-4 yrs old at the time of the trip start date will be a flat free cost of $650 plus the cost of any meals, additional transportation, including but not limited to flights, ground, or sea transportation fees, whichever is greater, will be charged for each child under 5.
